Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SmolApp Pte. Ltd. ("SmolApp", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you interact with Percy Property ("Percy", the "Service"). Percy is an AI-powered assistant that helps property agents in Singapore manage and qualify leads.
1. Data we collect
When a lead messages an agent using Percy, we collect:
- Name and phone number (as supplied by WhatsApp)
- Email address and birthday, if shared in conversation
- WhatsApp message content exchanged with Percy
- Property details the lead shares (e.g. addresses, prices, viewing preferences)
From the connected agent we also collect:
- Name, CEA registration number, email, and phone number
- Google Calendar access tokens, used only to read availability and create viewing events
2. How we use it
- To qualify leads and respond on the agent's behalf
- To check the agent's calendar and book appointments with consenting leads
- To send property updates, follow-ups, and relevant market information
- To improve Percy's response quality and reliability
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the following third parties, and only as needed to deliver the Service:
- Meta WhatsApp Business API — to deliver and receive messages
- Google Calendar API — to read availability and create events on the connected agent's calendar
- Anthropic — Percy's underlying AI model provider, used to generate replies
- Supabase — database host where conversation and contact records are stored
4. Data retention
We keep conversation history and lead records for two (2) years from the last interaction, after which they are deleted. Calendar access tokens are kept only while the agent's Google connection is active and are revoked on disconnect.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your records by emailing engineering@smolapp.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days. You may also withdraw consent for further processing at any time, though this may end your access to the Service.
6. Security
We store data on managed infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel) with access restricted to authorised SmolApp personnel. Transport is encrypted in transit (TLS). No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we will notify affected users without undue delay in the event of a breach.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active agents by email.
